    This was my very first 'paid ride'. My car is in shop... It was a clean car, very pleasant driver. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful service! GOD bless America! NO wonder the world is scrambling to get here!

    As a Driver for lyft and ***** last night I received a request for a ride for a ride, the senior that I picked up, was a short, but very heavy older man, with mobility issues, i did my best to accommodate him, but my SUV stood a little too high for him to easily enter the vehicle, and there was no way for me to physically lift him into the rear seat of the vehicle, i believe that this service takes advantage of senior citizens by not providing them the proper accommodations that they may need for their mobility issues, the person that I picked up last night actually needed some special needs transportation in which I truly was not suited to help him, the best I could do was watch him struggle to climb into the back seat of my car, and after getting him to his destination, he then had to struggle to be able to climb out of my car, in my opinion, I do not feel that this was the safest mode of travel for the individual, if he had fallen down, there would have been nothing I could have done for him. Other than call an ambulance, i am not a medical provider, nor do I have the ability to provide medical assistance. In case of a fall, i do not believe that this service has the seniors best interest in their thoughts, if I had been driving my pickup truck last night, this senior citizen would never been able to get into the vehicle, and as for myself, i am a sixty year old man, this service basically left one disabled man, hoping that another disabled man could help him get around. And I felt like somewhat of a failure at the end of the ride,

    Cars smell from air fresheners drivers cant speak English they charge for rides you didnt take impossible to resolve these issues fro customer service THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF SCAM ! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

    Our driver (******) was very nice and professional. He put our luggage into his vehicle, so we didn't have to. When he found out what the purpose of our trip was, he let us know about places that might be of interest. On top of that, not that it matters, but he had country music playing softly on his car radio, so we knew what station to listen to while we were here. I would give this service a 15 out of 10.

    I placed my first meal delivery through go go grandparent and was really happy. They placed the order for me and it was everything I asked for. The delivery person was on time and very nice. This is a big help to me as I am somewhat disabled and want a good meal sometime. Thanks go go for making my first experience a satisfied one. Oh one last thing, my meal was hot!!!
