    6-9-21 the basement was water proofed for 5400.00 the house is currently on the market closing on June 1st 2024 a buyer saw the leak during a showing all the work is under warranty the company is making zero effort to fix it under warranty. I have been calling for 6 weeks and all they say is they are short staffed and can't get to it.

    First, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience we have caused you during this delay.  As you may or may not know, there is currently a shortage of competent laborers looking for work in the service and home improvement industry. Even those of us who pay well are finding it hard to find competent labor. You are currently on a list to send a trained technician out to look at and repair your system.  We cannot send a technician out until he is trained. Due to the labor shortage, getting new hires has become an issue and getting them trained has become a huge issue.  Unfortunately, we are currently working on a first come first serve basis.  We don't like this situation either. We will call you as soon as we are able to get to you taken care of.
