      I recently had this company come out and give me a quote on doing some repair work on my deck. **** with the company ANR came out on October 24, 2022. I received an email on October 28, 2022 with the estimate for the repairs to be done 11/25/2022. I approved the estimate and put down a deposit of $500 with my debit/credit card over the phone and received an email with the receipt on 11/1/2022, invoice number ****. On 11/3/2022 I received a message from **** at the office stating that a crew was sent out to my house to look at the deck and that they would be able to schedule a date within the next couple of days to get me scheduled and get the project started. On November 15, 2022, I believe, I was informed by phone that the company is not going to be doing the repairs. I then called for a refund of my deposit on 11/16/22 and have not yet received my refund of $500.00. I was told it would take 3-5 business days. First, I was told the accounting department wasn't working, the second time I called was told it is Thanksgiving this week, so I don't know. It is now the 25th of November and I'm concerned as I also called on 11/22/2022 asking for an email stating that a refund is coming to me and never received it. I would like help with getting my $500.00 refund back. Thank you.
