  I would give them no kind of stars I took my truck there in September of last year because the air was not working and they kept it for 3 weeks I called to check on it I never got ahold of anybody they say they would call back but that was a no go so I had to take the time out and go there just to find out about the status I was going through car shield to get my air fixed and they told miles to fix it I went and picked it up when it was done only to find out they never fixed it so I called them and let them know I took it back the other day with it getting hot out only for them to tell me that I had to pay another 400 for it to be fixed and they stated that they don't do good with car shield. And to this day my air don't work

  Id give negative 5 stars if I could. The collision center is full of liars and Con artist. They have had my car since the end of January and keeping give me different lies when I call to check on my car. And keep telling me 2 more weeks. As on 4/10 they still hadn't started my car even though they told me its been in paint 3 times already. Do NOT take your car here. I am not the only person they are doing this to. They will keep your car for months.

  They have had my car since October and to this day they have yet to finish repairs. At first the reasoning was because they found more damage to the vehicle. Then, the reasoning was that they were waiting for the parts to arrive. For the past month, they have had the parts in, and the car is still not repaired. It has been close to 3 months, and to this day, there is no day in sight to when my car will be repaired. In addition, they have consistently not followed through with the updates they were going to give me. They tell me they'd call to give me an update and that would not happen. Finally, it seems like every time I call them they say a different thing. There have been times when they say my car will be ready in 2 weeks and I call to check in, only to hear the same thing.
