      Received several order pick-up notifications for an online order this week. I went a few days later on 4/12 for pick-up. The *** reviewed my printout for 2 minutes without saying a word before asking who it's for. Me...as it clearly is printed on the sheet. Awkward.In any case, despite the print-out and showing a different email stating all of my items are available for pick-up, he said he only has one item for me and can't give me the rest even though they have it in-stock because he can't take it out of the store inventory.I called corporate to inquire while I was still there and all I could ever get was no answer or voicemails over 10 mins of attempts.I reached out via email later and they were able to confirm that the items should've been at the store for pick-up. The store was notified to assist with this order and now it is end of day and I have not heard a single word from the store.As of today, I still have not received any communication or update regarding my order or remaining items.

       I am rejecting this response because:

       No resolution yet.  Since the store wasted my time and trip with no communication for days even after the visit; I would prefer they ********* or deliver my remaining items.  Id rather not show up again and have them tell me they dont have my complete order.

      Otherwise, if thats not an option, it can be cancelled and Ill do my business elsewhere.  Thanks.

      I spoke to the store Manager and he provided e-mail documentation of the conversation with the customer about picking up the ordered product.  He did verify the customer picked up and was only charged for the one item that was in-stock at the store.  The remaining items were cancelled and customer was not charged for them, so no refund is warranted.
