    My parents had a very poor experience with this company. Working with a senior agency for home care they were awarded the bid to install a ramp at my parents' home. Initially arrived with not all the needed equipment so left up what had been done until additional pieces could be ordered. For 2 weeks the ramp went into the tree in front of their house effectively making it difficult for them or the caregivers to use the front door. When I asked why he did that his response was he didn't want people to use the ramp. When 2nd platform arrived, he completed his install and sent me a picture to let me know that it was complete. My first reaction was that the incline was too steep when I commented on that he said that is as low as it can go. I instructed agency not to pay until this was resolved but he was paid. His response then was we can pay him more to fix. I am following up with agency to get resolution.
