      Looks like I'm not the only one that had a bad purchase. I had my last furnace and AC unit for 22 years, so I bought Lennox again thinking I would get good product again. My AC unit is bad already. Compressor burned up. Website says an AC unit should last ***** years. Not even close. $2400 to fix it. Control board was bad 2 years ago. $4900 for a new unit. How does that even make sense. I called and filed a claim and talked to 2 people and both said nothing they can do but replace the compressor, thats it for the warranty, but still is $2400 to fix. And how do I know this won't happen again in a couple years. And the cost I've paid to maintain it every year. Why did I even do that. Surely didn't help the unit last. I would never recommend Lennox to anyone. Poor warranty service and product is not made to last anymore.

      I bought a complete HVAC system from them 6 years ago. Last year a weld on their compressor broke and they covered the part under warrany, only around $200, I had to pay labor and coolant for over $2000! This year a different weld broke and will cost me over $2000 again but tey whole system is still under a 10 year warranty? I refuse to keep paying that kind of money for a very poorly made product. The consumer affairs department would not talk to me at all. I called 3 different times and was on hold for an hour all three times. The perception I now have from that company based on my phone calls this morning is they have absolutely no standards or quality control, sell you extremely worthless products and once you pay for it the company will not talk to you at all and I highly recommend you stay well away from lennox air conditioners they are the worst! It may also be I am a disabled combat veteran and they just don't like the military, I'm not saying it is but it appears that way!

      Had our system for about 5 years and had nothing but issues. First its thrown low pressure codes and the company we had install came out investigated and put in more refrigerant. This was every summer. Now they may have fixed that issue but now it throws high pressure codes. Company came out and thinks its a clog and a filter which the parts are covered under warranty but the service is not covered (which we understand) and the refrigerant will have to me taken out and put back in all 7lbs which also isnt covered. This has been an on going issue and the repairs are starting to cost more than the system. I called to see if they would help in any other way other than the parts and they denied. I have a baby and summer is coming around Lennox *****. I have never had so many issues with an a/c hvac system in my life!

      I have a 4 year old home built by ****** which had a Lennox ML14XC1S036-230C08 installed. I have had issues 3 out of the 4 years I have owned this unit.Year 1 Nothing (Now I know why ****** has a 1 year warranty on their homes)Year 2 Thermostat dies quoted $700 plus to replace (UNDER WARRANTY)Year 3 ************* dies quoted $1000 plus to replace (UNDER WARRANTY)Year 4 (this year) no refrigerant due to a evaporator coil leak that needs to be replaced quoted $2000 plus (UNDER WARRANTY) and now I find out that the coil (PART NEEDED) is no where to be found and it could be months until I can get a replacement if it even happens!Summer heat is approaching and I cant even use the ** I paid for and I am being told that there is no date and time where this coil will be available and to replace the whole unit (outside unit and coil) to a more reputable ** provider it will cost me $6000+Lennox should be ashamed! and now I have no confidence in BBB because Lennox is rated A+, with a customer rating of 1.08 there is no way this is an A+It baffles me that a company like lennox is so shady in providing inferior components to consumers and then there is no stock to replace these junk components under ************ have already been through a class Action lawsuit in 2016 are you asking for another lawsuit?******************************************* Stay Away from Lennox products.

      I have 2 units as part of a new home purchase. The units Model number are 14HPX-030-230-21 and ACXS036-230A18. The units requires constant maintenance due to coil freezing in summer and heating problem in winter. I have purchased 4 homes in the past in which I never had this type of problems. These have very poor quality and expensive to repair. My next purchase will NOT be Lennox.

      The cost for the system was almost $30,000.00.We decided on a Lennox system mainly because of their Warranty Coverage. Last year in 2024 the downstairs unit stopped cooling. We called the installer and found that they went out of business. Their customer listings were purchased by a different company. We called them in May of 2024. Their recommendation was replace the mother board for several thousand dollars.Calling Lennox we were given an authorized dealer to call. The came and gave a different explanation of the problem.We called a local AC/Heater company and after recharging the coolant told us it was probably the coil and to call him back next year to inspect again to see if we still had leaks.This March, 2025 he came back and measured both systems coolant levels and the downstairs system was again low on coolant. He will recommend changing the coil in the attic system, cost $5,000.00. But he will not deal with manufacture as he said that the process to submit a claim is too hard and takes too long.I called Lennox to ask about the Warranty and why I couldnt request replacement. Its not how its done. I explained about our problems with the Lennox authorized service being all over the place with service recommendations and the problem with their Warranty process. I was transferred to *************************** and explained my situation again. We went around and around with no help for me. Its have your ********** go on Portal and fill out forms for replacement. I as the Consumer could not do this. In the end, I will foot the bill for replacement of the Coil ($5,000.00) and Lennox is off the hook for honoring their Warranty. I was told by Lennox they would send me their Warranty request instructions. Lennox should stand behind their Warranty and work with the Consumer to fulfill the promise.

      We purchased a Lennox heat pump through ****** for our home in February 2020. We have received so little benefit from it. We have had to repalce the coils a total of three times in that five years. The last coil was replaced on 2/5/25 and lasted for two weeks. Two weeks! We are beyond frustrated and feel that Lennox does not stand behind their product. It just needs to be replaced with a reputable heat pump! This was a big purchase for us and have now spent ~ $16,000 to have a broken system once again. It feels like the local heating and air conditioning businesses feel like this is a "cash cow" for them. I can't believe that Lennox is still in business. No wonder they are known as "leaky Lennox".

      I have a warranty on my Lennox and placed an order for a replacement coil that was supposed to deliver last week on Friday. Without explanation, the order was not delivered but it was also postponed to the following week on Thursday. I live in ***** in temperatures of the high 70s in a two story unit with children, pets and a wife recovering from surgery and we are without air conditioning for nearly a week, waiting on a coil that was supposed to already be delivered. When I called Lennox to understand why and what could be done, I was told theres no reason and it cant be expedited. Company that doesnt care about its consumers and makes low quality products that they cant even promise on.

      On 3/29/2023, **** **** Plumbing, Heating, Air *************************************************** installed a Lennox BOILER (GWB84-235E-01 ************* w/taco 235kb) in my home. Its spark pilot stopped working in early Feb, 2024 and was replaced. The replaced spark pilot stopped working again on Jan 23, 2025 and the manager of the installing company said that I have to wait for at least one week to get its replacement and with additional payment. This level of unreliability of the igniting set is very worrying and its failure in the coldest times each year makes the life of my family extremely difficult. Furthermore, Lennox is unable to provide senstive parts to their customer companies in a timely manner. Such unexpected vulnerability and unreliability of the ignition system of Lennox BOILER makes its 10 year PARTS GUARANTEE valueless.

      Horrible customer service unit is complete s*** and trying to get ahold of someone that can help is impossible. Had 2 installers over to check it out and nobody can get ahold of them. Honestly biggest waste of money I have spend and would never buy a furnace and A/C kit from them. Furnace stopped working 12 degrees outside been trying to get ahold of them for awhile as a home owner cant speak apparently so just frustrating when I ask them to hold to get the installer on the phone and they cant wait 10 seconds after me wasting 2 hours on hold. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING A ************************* unit is only 2 months old.
