    Arturo Worked on my property a couple of month ago and he did an amazing job. I have recommended him more than once and have heard nothing but good things.

    Arturo did an excellent job on our rental home. The home was built in 1860’s and had the basement wall giving up . Arturo and his team tore down the entire wall and built it back with cinder blocks and also water proofed the wall from outside. The work was done very professionally and on time.

    This is to inform you that my business (Victory Resources LLC) is suffering a great loss because of the delay and excuses Mr. Arturo ********* of Great lakes Masonry & Restoration have been giving for not completing the foundation and brickwork project and inability to provide a timeline for the project completion at ********* * **** ****** Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53218 since November 2021. I have called Mr. Arturo ********* severally and have been insulted and called names by him after keeping mute for a long period and answering my calls whenever he feels like picking my phone call after many missed calls. All the efforts and patient that I have been exercising to get Mr. Arturo ********* of Great lakes Masonry & Restoration to come and complete the project that started at ********* * **** ******, Milwaukee Wisconsin have proved fruitless since November 1. 2021. I have told Mr. Arturo ********* at different times that my business is suffering a great loss because of his delay, excuses, and lack of professionalism. I have come to this decision that if the foundation and brickwork that we have signed the agreement to complete since September and October 2021 is not completed by Saturday August 06, 2022, I will take this matter to court and sue Arturo ********* and Great lakes Masonry & Restoration severally and jointly for partial refund of the money paid to Great lakes Masonry & Restoration and for punitive damages suffered by Victory Resources LLC for all the losses suffered and their lack of professionalism in this matter as I will have to get a new contractor to complete the project as soon as possible to avoid further delay and losses to Victory Resources LLC.
