    Does not deliver everything as promise and poor customer service. Make sure they honor what was agreed on delivery otherwise you'll have to spend unnecessary time on unresolved concerns or issues as after sales support is terrible. I purchased 2022 Tracker Targa V18 in July of 2023 and I noticed rust on the circuit breaker/cables. Requested to the salesperson, Dylan that everything is to be in working order and the rusted cable/connections be replaced. Upon pickup, the circuit breaker and rusted cable were not replaced or even cleaned. Boat was brought home and installed my own batteries to get it ready for a fishing trip the following day. Onboard charger was not charging the batteries. After much troubleshooting, I found out that the fuses for the inline fuse holders were corroded. I replaced it with spares I had. Dylan said my bimini cover would arrive when i picked up the boat. When i arrive to pick it up, it did not so I asked. When it did arrive 2 weeks later, the invoice indicated that the order was placed about a week later than he was indicated. There was an issue with the hardware that came along with the bimini and i notified Dylan via email, provide pictures. He wanted me to bring in the hardware with the boat and he explained that it was too complicated to handle via email and phone. I pushed back telling him it's doesn't make sense for me to drive 3 hour round trip just to drop it off the boat/hardware and it made more sense to drop off the hardware. It wasn't going anywhere so I reach out to ***** support and within one day of strictly emails, they replaced my hardware with the correct one. At the time of purchase my motor qualified for a 5 year ******* protection plan and requested that it be registered for it only to find out a year later the it's still under a 3 year plan. I reached out to the dealership on multiple occasion via emails and no response. They'll respond through phone and even then it seems that they are pushing this off.

    Wonderful experience buying a pontoon, superior customer service, very knowledgeable, and the best price around. Highly recommend! Tim takes pride in his products and most importantly puts the customer first.
