      I bought a vehicle from this dealership and it started having issues so I took it back up to them and they assured me everything was working okay but it was not. I have no heating or air conditioning. They were supposed to call me back and never did. I took it to an Infiniti dealer and there&#**;s multiple issues and I can&#**;t drive the vehicle. There&#**;s an extended warranty that doesn&#**;t cover anything.

      I have reviewed the customers file for the 2015 Infinity that was purchased on October 21st, 2023 and here is what I found.  First, when the customer purchased the vehicle, she elected to purchase it AS-IS, in lieu of the two month / two thousand mile powertrain warranty to get an additional  $500 discount.  The customer did purchase a powertrain warranty  for 24 months and an additional ****** covering  the motor and drivetrain.  When a customer chooses an older, high mileage vehicle, they are assuming the risks of future breakdowns.  The first time she even brought the vehicle back was after 2 months of ownership, which is outside our dealership coverage if it was purchased with our powertrain warranty.  If the customer is not happy with the service contract she purchased, she can cancel it.
