I have been a customer of ******************** Service for the last two years. I chose to trust my Toyota dealership, as BRAND experts, on 4 separate occasions to ensure the safety and quality of my Off-road, destination camping rig. Before each trip, I took my 2006 4Runner to Twin City Toyota and delivered the following instructions: Please, look over the entire vehicle and identify ANY problems that might exist. If there is ANYTHING wrong with the vehicle, please, let me know. I do NOT want to be on the side of a mountain and be surprised with an unexpected issue. Each time, my vehicle has got the green light, and I was sent on my way with the confidence. I made the decision to have the rig looked over by our local off-road experts at STL Toyota Off-road. Upon inspection, I was advised that my 4Runner had dangerous frame rust!. I was SHOCKED because my local Toyota dealership service team had NEVER informed me of the problem. So, I reached out to the Twin City Toyota service manager, explained the situation. I was informed by the service manager, ***********************, that with a 17-year-old vehicle (regardless of make) frame rust should be expected. He responded, What would you have done even if we informed you about the frame rust? My answer, I would NOT have risked the SAFETY of my family! To which he replied, Oh. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TWIN CITY TOYOTA! Do NOT TRUST them to ensure the SAFETY of your vehicle or to inform you of a DANGEROUS situation.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY TOYOTA DEALERSHIP or PRODUCT AGAIN, and neither should you.
